run trigger at certain time of day?

Hi,
Im new to wud and I think Ive read everything carefully. ATM, my wud is running its watcher every 8 hours and showing me a number of containers to upgrade.
Now I would like to add a trigger which performs all the updates at a scheduled specific time of day, but this doesnt seem to be possible? (Because this is what Watchtower is doing in my current install.)
Either run a wud trigger that very second or run it manually from the UI?
