[Crons] Add additional information on renaming monitors for SDKs with automatic detection

Add a section explaining renaming the monitor names on automatically detected monitors won't automatically change the name in Sentry. Instead, the customer should manually update the monitor name through the application. Not doing so will cause a new monitor to be created and the previous monitor will start missing check-ins.
