Make it more obvious that list is filtered

What would you like to be added:
On the ALL PROJECTS page, the default is to only show shoots with issues.
In the table header we indicated that the list is filtered, like Hide: Healthy Clusters, Progressing Clusters, User Errors, Deactivated Reconciliation, Tickets with Ignore Labels.

On the bottom of the list, we show the number of clusters in this list, like 10 Clusters. We should also indicate here if the list is filtered, like 10 Clusters (Filtered List).
