日本語用のQ&Aカテゴリーを実験的に追加しました (Added Q&A category for Japanese experimentally)

皆さんこんにちは。

この度、日本語用のQ&Aカテゴリーを実験的に作成しました。

「コミュニティに相談したいけれど英語が苦手で躊躇してしまう」
という日本のユーザーの方々にもっと気軽にコミュニティに参加してもらいたい、
と思っています。

ただし、言語によってコミュニティを分断することは望んでいません。
これによって日本のユーザーと日本以外のユーザーを分断してしまう結果になると、
コミュニティ全体にとっても、相談するユーザーにとっても不利益です。

日本のユーザーの皆さんにも、可能なら次のQ&Aカテゴリーで英語でやりとりしてほしいです。
質問する側にとっても、世界中の人から助けてもらえるので良いはずです。

「実験的に」と言っているのはこのためです。
しばらく状況を見て、このカテゴリーを続けることが良いのかどうかを検討したいです。

I would like to inform you that I have added an experimental Q&A category to communicate in Japanese.

I understand that some Japanese users may hesitate to participate in the community due to difficulties with English.
Therefore, I want to encourage them to participate more freely in the community.

However, I do not want to divide the community by language.
It would be disadvantageous for both the whole community and those Japanese users asking questions if this were to divide the community.

I kindly request Japanese users, if possible, to participate in discussions in English within the following normal Q&A category.
This would be beneficial also for the Japanese users asking questions because they can receive assistance from people worldwide.

This is why I say "experimental".
I would like to see the situation for a while and consider whether it is good to continue this category.
