Update link to HTTP Status Codes

Description

The current link to HTTP Status Code documentation is outdated. See, for example, res.redirect, which links to http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html resulting in a prompt that "This document has been superseded."

Expectations

Link should be to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9110.html#name-status-codes

I started down that road, but my work computer is locked down to the point of getting things set up to follow the contribution guidelines was not working. If a simple fork and update is acceptable for this sort of change, I could do that.
