Color picker number selection should do 0.01 steps not 1

the three dimensions lightness, chroma and Hue are all in the 0.01 area. The number fields have no steps and there for do 1-steps which makes little or no sense for most of these two.

Suggestion

• lightness: should do steps 0.01 or 0.05 whoever you ask (reference here to a random blog post on oklch)
• chroma: should do steps in 0.01 no matter
• hue: could do steps 0.5

in non of these cases is step equal 1 usefull
