Add build instructions

I'd like to try the new version, but couldn't figure out how to build the sources.

Would you consider adding build instructions to the README ?

Hi. Compilation is not a problem. All you need to do is open in Qt Creator. The bigger problem is that it just doesn't work. The most important elements are completely unfinished.
