Updates fail

What Happened?

As of today AppCenter presents the following runtime updates:

When I click update it fails:

Which means the execution of the script "apply_extra" (I dont't know of which runtime) failed and thus updating the runtimes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to AppCenter
2. Wait for runtime updates to be shown.
3. Click update.

Expected Behavior

Runtimes should update without failures.

I then tried flatpak update via Terminal app and it just worked.

It only complained:

Some updates available in the App Center are failing. The following error is displayed:

“Aborted due to failure (While trying to apply extra data: script apply_extra failed, exit status 256)”

The update package as Runtime Updates, in the App Center, is not updating, but it shows some updates such as the packages:

This is also happening with apps that have Flathub updates in the App Center store.
