Error during the approval process

I have installed this plugin at eightynine-approvals step by step,

but the problem appear when I started the approval process for the first time after submitting.

I'm trying to display the two buttons on my view page as you did it here but it doesn't work.

How did you do it to show them like that ? Please can you help may be I missed something on the steps or config ?
