Show projects we tried to pay

When we allocate funds we try to give to a lot more projects than what we actually fund. We need to be clearer in the allocations page. 

We need to show who we tried to fund but couldn't. We currently show projects we fund and projects that rejected we don't show the ones that fall in the middle - we contacted but never heard back from them?
