Filter out corporations

Problem Statement

I think to be credible long-term we'll need to figure out a way to filter out companies like Microsoft, etc. from receiving funding through this. For example, having a Laravel ecosystem fund is great, but Laravel, Inc. should receive nothing there—they should pay into that fund.

Solution Brainstorm

How hard would it be to take a quick manual pass through to remove the 50-odd most obvious companies (Microsoft, Laravel, etc.)? That coupled with a clear process for reporting others as the community discovers them would likely solve this.

This came up over in OSE (in a private repo) where we are discussing whether to roll our own distribution algorithm or build atop e.g. Ecosystem Funds. @BenJam You had some comments on this in private email, want to share here to move the conversation forward?
