Would it make sense to implement From/To/alltraits for Box<str> to work with Text?

Since it's a specialized "immutable" string, I think it fits well. If this idea make sense, I'd be willing to attempt a PR for it. Would you mind giving me some pointers on where to start? Maybe with a similar PR or some code snippets.

That would be an acceptable addition. You would need to implement FromSql + ToSql for that type as shown for String here. Also you would need to have an entry like that:

Also there should be obviosuly some tests verifying that this works here and here.

Finally there is a small documentation update required to list it as compatible type there and we likely also want to have a change log entry for this.

Other than that it also might be meaningful to do the same thing for Arc<str>/Rc<str> as well.
