feat: WhatsApp integration

We currently have 7 external notifications integrations, We want to add WhatsApp to that list.

• Users will be able to register their WhatsApp Credentials
• After registration, Users will be able to send messages through WhatsApp

For this feature, the user has to create their own meta developer account and enter the credentials to integrate here, right?
