Feature Request: Inclusion of Mantle Network support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I work in the Mantle network ecosystem and the chain has become the 4th largest Ethreum Layer-2 solution according to L2Beat. We would like to leverage opensource libraries such as ElizaOS to operate using Coinbase wallet with Mantle network.
