Replace AQP5 Validation Test

Recent changes in data affected sum counts for high and not_high expressions of AQP5 for this snapshot validation, which consequently causes the WMG pipeline run to fail.

This test would need to be updated or replaced with a different biologically relevant example. Currently commented out.
