Python Warnings

When running protenix locally on a Linux workstation in a conda python environment, I get the following warnings in the terminal:

"RequestsDependencyWarning: urllib3 (2.3.0) or chardet (4.0.0) doesn't match a supported version!"

Can these warnings be safely ignored? If not, could you please suggest how to fix this issue? Thank you.

This warning indicates that the version of urllib3 (2.3.0) or chardet (4.0.0) you installed is incompatible with the current version of the requests library. I think these warnings can be ignored. you can try the following line to fix:

pip uninstall urllib3 chardet requests -y
# Install requests directly, it will automatically install compatible urllib3 and chardet
pip install requests
