When I have a message alert, the browser can have a pop-up window to remind me to check it.

Oh thx,I would like the new message alert to have a pop-up window in the upper right corner of my browser (e.g. Chrome) telling me that I have new messages, including answers to questions and replies to comments, and that this pop-up window stays up until I click through to the page where the message alert is located.
