Guidance for formatting and predicting a novel dataset?

I have followed the instructions in the README for training the model on Sleep-EDF data and have run the test predictions using predict.py to confirm the model works.  Are there examples or instructions anywhere for how to now apply this trained model to novel edf files that have not already been staged?
