403 Forbidden error for https://catalog-service-sandbox.adobe.io/graphql

Expected Behaviour

I made a small change in the code deployed the search.js and expect PLP to work.
With the original search.js URL everything works.

Actual Behaviour

     I followed the steps to generate a new search.js file. I deployed the search.js file in a CDN, then white list, and changed the default URL but when I open the PLP page I get the following error in the console: 

Steps to Reproduce

       1.generate the search.js
       2. store on CDN and change the config.xml and csp_whitelist.xml values with the CDN domain
       3. redeploy ( in my case new build as we are using magento cloud), open the PLP page

api key should be "storefront-widgets" for sandbox env.
