'messages.upsert' event is not returning message content form a chat group

i'm using baileys to make a bot for my friend's group, but the event 'messages.upsert' do not return the message content when the message is from a chat group.
this is a exemplo of what is returned when a message is from a chat group.

and that is how it should be and how is when the message comes from a private chat

some times it receive the message right, but, in generally not.
Any one knows how to resolve this?
