Description

All the tensorflow images from project jupyter are too old and bring too many problems.

Line 6 in 5749b38

FROM jupyter/tensorflow-notebook:ubuntu-22.04

We should rebuild our base image based on the image we like and using the jupyter docker-stacks.

I did this some time ago for SIRF
