Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a small script which scans all my hdl dependencies and create a yaml file which I can later use from teros but I can upload it only through the gui.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the possibility to use the command line to upload the project, so it can be integrated into a script.
