Describe the bug

No matter what animated GIF I choose I get a batch of images out that are all duplicates of the first frame. Also, when I open that GIF in the tool I get a grid of only 9 thumbnails, all of the first frame, and selecting a single one of those will show as half of the total frames while selecting more will only add one to the count. The whole thing's wonky.

You didn't write the app version you use, but i think it's 3.1.2, so check the latest beta
