Add support for Cloudloop API (alternative to Rock7 API)

RockBLOCK units can be managed by either the very simple and easy to use Rock7 portal OR through the Cloudloop platform. The can NOT be managed by both of the platforms at the same time. The Cloudloop API is more extensive. As a minimum we need to be able to send a MT message via the Cloudloop API.
