Only one event is listed from the Teams web platform

Description of the problem We're testing an integration where the authenticated user's meetings are listed. We have detected that:

• When using the app from the browser (Teams Web, Outlook Web, or Microsoft 365 Web), only one meeting is displayed.

• However, when using the same account from the Teams desktop app, Outlook, or Microsoft 365, all meetings appear correctly.

@Pabloo474 - Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Could you please confirm if the integration is using the same Microsoft Graph API endpoints and permissions in both the web and desktop environments?
Additionally, are there any differences in the authentication flow or consent experience between the web and desktop apps that might affect the meetings data returned?
If possible, could you share the specific API request and response details for both environments to help identify any discrepancies?

We have reviewed our application and confirm that it uses the same Microsoft Graph endpoints across both web and desktop platforms:

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/events

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/onlineMeetings

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/extensions

We use the same Graph access token (retrieved through /auth-start and /auth-end) in all environments.

We have this permissions in the app, the same in both platforms:

Calendars.Read

OnlineMeetings.Read

OnlineMeetings.Read.All

OnlineMeetingRecording.Read.All

Sites.FullControl.All

Sites.Read.All

User.Read

User.ReadWrite

The issue appears to be that Graph API returns only one meeting when accessed from the web, whereas all meetings are returned in the desktop environment, even though the app, authentication, and API usage are identical.

Reviewing the raw API responses and verifying token scopes in both environments should help identify the root cause. If you can provide the raw JSON responses, it will assist with further troubleshooting.
