[FEATURE] Ability to change icon of home screen shortcuts and PWAs

Describe the feature

Currently, web shortcuts and PWAs added to the home screen look out-of-place when icon packs are applied. It would be neat if we could change the icons of the PWAs to address this.

Why would it be useful to add?

This feature would allow users to keep their home screen icons looking consistent.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
