Very promising launcher, seems to be pretty snappy!
However, not sure if this is a bug or intended as such, but here goes.
Whenever I change the number of columns and rows on the home screen, my layout with folders, widgets and app shortcuts gets reset to the initial layout and I need to redo the complete shebang. Quite frustrating.
I use the latest nightly build currently.
Using Android 15 on a Oneplus 11 5G.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make some changes to the layout.
Go to Lawnchair settings and press Home screen.
Scroll down and change number of columns and or rows.
Backup out.
The layout has been reset to the initial layout.
It may also put all the folders, app shortcuts etc on the same screen. Some widgets may be obscured or shrunken as the launcher tries to fit everything on the one screen.
Expected behavior
App icons, folders widgets etc should be shrunken a bit to accomodate more rows and columns while retaining the layout. Some layout modification may be neeeded as the screen is now "bigger"; has more space-
Layout should not be reset to its default state/looks.
Thanks for making this issue! Unfortunately, this issue doesn't have a proper title; therefore this issue has been closed. You can create a new issue again, but this time make sure you improve the title.
