This design is not fit for all screen like.mobile laptop desktop so i suggest redesign using bootsrap

Themes, is changing the colors of the root Umbraco styles (we are not for example changing layout) ? unless you are talking about the prop out bit where you pick a theme (and then again a lot of that is dictated by Umbraco.

do you have a screenshot example ?
