Before we register this package, we need to decide what the package should be named (#5).

The package naming (#5) has been finalized.

@DrChainsaw @bjarthur Are there any other tasks that we need to complete before registering this package?

I think we're good to move forward with registering. We've decided on the name (singular form), and @DrChainsaw did some local testing and confirmed that the behavior here is identical to the behavior of the latest registered release of ClusterManagers.jl.

So I think we're good to go. @DrChainsaw @bjarthur I'll move forward with registering this package sometime in the next few days, unless you have other tasks that you want us to complete first.
