Make the installation of the extension in a way that we don't force users to create a new jupyterlab instance

Current situation
Currently when installing the extension jupyter-fairly implicitly we kind of force the user to install a new version of jupyter lab, to make it easier. This implies creating a new environment

Desired situation/ user story
As a user I would working on my base environment I would like to be able to simply add an the jupyter-fairly extension as opposed to having to create a new environment and install a new jupyterlab instance to be able to use the extension.
