PIP Window opens off-screen when launched from Chrome window on 2nd monitor #68

Tested and recreated multiple times.

Steps to recreate.

  1. Open Chrome Browser window
  2. Drag to a secondary monitor (any monitor that isn't defined as your Doesn't work on Chrome stable v69 #1 display by Windows
  3. Start a video
  4. Click on PIP plugin

Results:
PIP window will show up on the task bar. If you hover over the taskbar placeholder for that window the preview will show the video playing. The actual window is offscreen and cannot be dragged back into view on any display.

Work around:
Close Chrome Browser
Open new chrome browser and make sure it's on the main display
Navigate to video, begin playing and launch PIP. PIP window will appear on main screen
