Events missing from CIO Council topic page

Events tagged with CIO Council are not appearing on the CIO Council topic page under "News and Events"

Tried changing weight of topic from 1 to 2 (following example in the USWDS topic page), but that only moved the CIO Council topic up to the buttons list at top of the main Topics page. The closed PR for that with preview in last comment: #4388
