ROOT bone has broken animation data on .fbx export #79

I've went over this issue with several machinima artists and noone was able to make it work across Maya, Blender, C4D or Houdini. The exported .fbx animation data are broken in the _ROOT bone (some other bones might be affected as well but _ROOT bone is confirmed broken).

This issue results in extremely wobbly and unstable character animations. It's kinda possible to clean it up by hand but in most cases it's broken beyond saving.
