don't export ligthning lightning track -> only internal

There is a track entry (not linked from a lot of pages) lightning lightning track.

We should make sure it does not export to the website if it is only internal.

I'd like to figure out a better way to handle submission for this next time, the special track and type is confusing for submission. Maybe just a separate event?
