Merge "Display Configuration" into "Graphics card"

If "Display configuration" is supposed to mean resolution, you could add it under "Graphics card", I guess. So it'd be:

Graphics card (chipset)
[Make, model]
Native resolution
[X*Y resolution]
Is Haiku using the native resolution?
[Yes | No]

You mean the X*Y or the Yes/No question?
Seeing the resolution might be interesting if you're shopping for a new graphics card/notebook. The Yes/No question is essential, because ou can live comfortably with VESA grphics, but only if it's using the native resolution. Otherwise it's fuzzy galore...

@humdingerb Would it be possible to just have the Yes/No question? And avoid adding the additional "Native resolution" question (because if they are using the native resolution, then they will be able to see it under the "display resolution" box)?
