The ZkCounter will be responsible for:

  • rejecting >512 bytes arg MODEXP
  • rejecting RIP and Blake
  • counting L2L1

All other limits will disappear.

Open question (@AlexandreBelling )
Do we want to accept exceptional RIP / Blake and trivial RIP ?
