[Feature Request] USB Display + gamepad

I would like the ability to use hekate as an external display for PCs with gamepad input through usb.
three use cases I have thought of this being used for is wii u emulation, ds emulation, and 3ds emulation.
sorry if this isn't possible or out of scope for the project
