Duplicate internal DB tables

Describe the feature request
The ability to duplicate internal tables without rows would be exceptionally useful for testing purposes.

Currently there are a few incomplete workarounds for this like exporting a row as CSV and using it to create a new table, but this doesn't work with things like Single Select or Multi-Select columns.

Ran into this recently myself, although not for testing, I just wanted to create a second similar table and use another as a template.
