[BUDI-6806] External table validation

Currently, we do not validate external tables at all when using datasource plus integrations (Postgres, Googlesheets etc).

This is problematic as we have features like required and numeric min/max options for the table which are just completely ignored when using external tables.

The initial attempt to fix this caused the following issue to appear: #10142

Where rows with other auto-column like structures simply would not be editable, this will need further research to see how we can make this work correctly.
