We do not and should not start from scratch on creating material on computational reproducibility practices.

We can use this issue as a place to comment and share links to curriculum, articles, field standards, resources, ect. on reproducible research that may come in handy when designing our assessment guide (for ambassadors to assess lab strategies). When posting a link/resource please include specific reasons why the resource is interesting and/or even quote certain regions that are awesome.

Due Date

Ideally someone will assign themselves to gather all the information from this issue to a central location / document. We will discuss briefly as a group at the next Reproducibility Working Group Meeting.
